Gormolzavod LLP, led by Bakshagul Malikovna Nurmoldina, Head of the Development Unit, participated in the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai from 5 to 10 November.

The participation was organized with the support of QazTrade, a development institute that helps Kazakhstani businesses enter international markets by providing consulting and analytical support, facilitating participation in global exhibitions, assisting in finding foreign partners, and reimbursing part of product promotion costs.

CIIE is one of the world’s largest platforms dedicated to promoting imported goods and developing foreign trade. Typically, it brings together around 3,500 exhibitors from 129 countries and regions, with an exhibition area of approximately 500,000 m².

At the Gormolzavod stand, we showcased:

• our ice cream, which received excellent feedback from visitors;

• kurt with various plant-based additives;

• chocolate-coated kospa.

It was a great honor to represent Kazakhstan on the international stage and to exchange professional experience.

We would like to specially acknowledge the support of Marat Muratovich Akhmetzhanov, Akim of the Akmola Region, and Anuar Kairgeldyevich Kumpekeyev, Akim of Kokshetau City, who visited the company’s stand. Their attention was an important sign of recognition and a strong motivation for further development.

We sincerely thank the organizers — the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the QazTrade team — for their tremendous work and the outstanding atmosphere of the event. Our pavilion truly reflected Kazakhstan’s image — bright, vibrant, and welcoming.
